Kozytskyi: As of now, electricity and water supply in Lviv Oblast have been fully restored

Maksym Kozytskyi, head of LOVA, reported on the situation in the Lviv region as of this hour.

During yesterday’s massive attack on Ukraine, 13 enemy missiles flew into our region. It was a missile strike from long-range aircraft flying from the eastern direction. Most of them were shot down by soldiers of the Air Command “West” of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a result of rocket attacks, three energy infrastructure facilities in our region were critically damaged. After the attack, about 700,000 Lviv subscribers were left without power.

Information about the victims remains unchanged – 1 person. The man is in the hospital, in a stable serious condition.

The roofs of three residential buildings were damaged, windows were broken in two residential buildings, and one garage was destroyed.

Energy workers worked throughout the night. As of now, electricity and water supply in Lviv Region have been fully restored.

There may be no light in your home, because due to the heavy load on the country’s energy system, NEC “Ukrenergo” has introduced hourly blackout schedules. Search for information about your address on the Lvivoblenergo website.

Thanks to our air defense forces who did everything yesterday to protect the area. Thank you to our emergency workers and energy workers who worked tirelessly to ensure you have light and water. Victory will be ours!
