Water level fluctuations on the rivers of the region ranged from 1 to 13 cm per day, with a predominance of decrease, and ice phenomena such as ice jams, slush, and incomplete ice coverage continued to intensify. In some places, on certain tributaries of the Dniester River, complete ice coverage is observed.
