In Stryshchyna, protective structures that are supposed to provide shelter to the population are being checked

It is about more than 700 objects on the territory of Stryi district.

Rescuers of the Stryi district administration of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region, together with representatives of the Stryi district police department, local authorities and business entities – the balance-keepers of protective structures – conduct operational commission inspections of anti-radiation shelters, the simplest shelters, dual-purpose structures, storage facilities, etc.

And these are more than 700 objects in the territory of Stryi district, which, first of all, should provide shelter for the population and employees of objects of all forms of ownership.

More than 100 rescuers were involved in the inspection, and as part of the specified commissions, they check the possibility of unhindered access to them.

During the inspection, attention is paid not only to the entrances to the premises and the possibility of round-the-clock access to them, but also to the sanitary and technical condition and appropriate marking of the object as a shelter or storage and the route to it.

They also check the readiness of these shelters for their intended use and their completion with the necessary property.

As for the deficiencies identified during these inspections, the owners of the above-mentioned buildings and their managers will be given appropriate recommendations for their immediate elimination. In the case of ignoring or refusing to take appropriate measures by the responsible persons, in the future they will face administrative or even criminal liability.
