On December 1, at 07:25, the Rescue Service “101” received a report about a fire in the village. Berehove of the Yavoriv district in a “MAZDA-323” car.
Another fire department of Mostysk was dispatched to the scene.
As it turned out, the driver of the car heard a bang while driving and saw smoke coming out from under the hood of the car. Before the arrival of firefighters, the driver himself and other non-indifferent drivers tried to extinguish the fire with the help of fire extinguishers.
Arriving at the scene, firefighters immediately began to extinguish the fire. At 07:47 the fire was localized and at 07:48 it was extinguished. As a result of the fire, the engine compartment of the car was destroyed by fire, the hood, windshield, instrument panel were damaged.
4 personnel and 1 unit of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
No one was injured as a result of the incident. The circumstances of the event and the cause of the fire are being established.
