On February 11, 2023, the weather conditions in Lviv and other regions within the southern periphery of an anticyclone centered in the Baltic countries will be characterized by variable cloudiness and absence of precipitation.
During the night and morning hours, light fogs are possible, as well as ice and glaze ice on individual sections of highways. The wind, initially from the east, will shift to southeast, reaching speeds of 5 – 10 m/s. Temperature readings will vary from -13 to +4 degrees Celsius depending on the time of day.
As for the city of Lviv, the temperature at night is expected to be around 9 – 11 degrees below zero, while daytime readings will range from minimal frost to 2 degrees Celsius above zero.
