Fire in Lviv: Rescuers Saved Two People
On February 23 at 21:22, rescuers received a report about a fire in a multi-apartment one-story building on Dzherelna Street in Lviv. The fire broke out in one of the apartments.
Incident Details
- Household items were burning over an area of 10 square meters, and separate hotspots ignited the ceiling between the first floor and the attic over an area of 3 square meters.
- Emergency workers evacuated a man and a woman from the smoke-filled premises and handed them over to medics.
- Both victims, with a preliminary diagnosis of smoke inhalation, were hospitalized.
- Thanks to the swift actions of the firefighters, two lives were saved.
- The fire was extinguished at 22:20.
