An hourly shutdown schedule will be in effect today in Lviv Oblast

On Saturday (January 21), an hourly blackout schedule will be in effect in Lviv Oblast, as NEC Ukrenergo has set a consumption limit for Lviv and the region of 420.4 megawatts from midnight to 7 a.m. and 462.7 megawatts from 7 a.m. to midnight.

The limit is roughly half of the Lviv Oblast’s needs.

We ask you to use electricity rationally, so that the energy companies can reduce the time and volume of outages.

The limit for each region is determined by NEC “Ukrenergo” in the event that consumption is greater than the ability to produce and deliver electricity, and taking into account the general situation in the energy system of Ukraine.

Energy facilities were repeatedly damaged as a result of shelling by the Russian occupiers and cannot operate in the mode that existed before the war.

You can find out the schedule and your disconnection group on the loe.lviv.ua website in the “Why is there no light” section: https://poweroff.loe.lviv.ua/, or with the help of the “Lvivoblenergo” chatbots in Viber/Telegram: https://loe.lviv.ua/ua/viber_telegram
