Project in Drohobych: Children Given Kits for Growing Plants

In Drohobych, the project “Grow a Plant from a Seed” was launched, organized by the department of family and youth in collaboration with the company ‘Arta-Chemgroup’. Fifty-two children registered to participate in the program, receiving special kits for growing plants. The kit includes a pot, soil, gloves, a shovel, and various seeds.

Each child received unique seeds – flowers, vegetables, or herbs. Additionally, participants were given stationery as a bonus gift. The kits were prepared by ‘Arta-Chemgroup’, which is a producer of safe fertilizers and an official distributor for ‘Yara’.

The event took place on March 4th at the Drohobych city council with the participation of the department head Oleksandra Pashko and the company’s owner Andrii Didych. They explained to the children the plant care rules and contest conditions: every 10 days, participants must report with photos, and every 15 days, with video reports.

At the end of the contest, after 45 days, all participants will be rewarded with baseball caps, mugs, and eco-bags. The three most active gardeners will receive certificates worth two thousand hryvnias for purchasing toys.
