In Lviv, on November 1 and 6, the number of transport to cemeteries will increase

On memorial days, November 1 and 6, Lviv will increase the number of public transport that runs to cemeteries.

As informed by the LMR transport department, the number of buses and trolleybuses will be increased in the direction of Sykhiv and Holoskiv cemeteries.

“To make it easier for residents to get to the burial places of their relatives and loved ones, we will increase the operation of public transport going to cemeteries on memorial days.

In particular, one additional car will operate on trolleybus route No. 31, which runs to the Sykhiv cemetery. Also, an additional bus will run on route No. 55, which goes to the Goloskivskyi cemetery,” the LMR transport department said.

The entry of private vehicles into the territory of cemeteries is prohibited. However, during the day tomorrow, people with disabilities and elderly people who cannot move on their own will be allowed to enter the cemeteries by car. This was reported in LKP “Municipal Ceremonial Service”.
