Special redemptions will take place on April 12 simultaneously in the regional centers of Ukraine. Special redemption stamps of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, Kherson and Chernihiv will also be held in Kyiv.
In Lviv, a solemn special redemption will take place at 16:00 at the post office (1 Slovatskoho Street).

Ukrposhta has prepared two artistic postage stamps for issue. One denomination F (equivalent to UAH 23) – to pay for postal items in Ukraine, and the other denomination W (equivalent to US $ 1.5) – to pay for letters and postcards sent abroad.
An envelope is also included in the postal issue.
