On the street Heroiv Krut started preparatory land works for the construction of the new building of Lyceum No. 80. According to the deputy mayor of Lviv for urban planning, Lyubomir Zubach, they will last until the end of winter, and then in March they will start pouring the foundation. Educational building with an area of 6,700 square meters. m, is being built at its own expense by a private construction company.
The construction of the building is planned to be completed by the end of 2024.
“An important project for the city has started – a school on Heroiv Krut. Here, let me remind you, a new, large and modern building for Lyceum No. 80 will be built for more than half a thousand students.
Currently, there is preparatory work here, namely earthworks, which will continue until the end of winter. And at the beginning of March, they should start pouring the foundation.
The road map is approximately as follows: by the end of 2023, the “box” will be erected and covered, and by the end of 2024, they promise to completely complete the internal repair work, they must also take care of landscaping – and the children will sit at new desks in the new school.
Neither war nor winter stopped the builders. And it is actually very gratifying that in such a difficult time, the developer does not renege on his promises and does not delay the construction. I advise other developers in Lviv to take an example,” said Lyubomyr Zubach.
We will remind you that the new educational building, with an area of 6,700 square meters. m, is being built by the private construction company Resident Development. After the completion of construction, it will be transferred to the property of the city – there will be a communal school. In the new premises, a swimming pool, a dining room and, importantly, a bomb shelter, which will serve as a shooting range, are planned. A sports area and a school yard will also be arranged.
And this will also make it possible to free the buildings of the primary school, which currently occupies the premises of the kindergarten on the street. Myshugy, so a kindergarten will be set up there again.
