It is worth noting that the heating supply was completely stopped on March 7 due to high outdoor temperatures reaching 17-19 degrees Celsius. This helped avoid overheating in apartments and save residents’ money. However, due to cooling, it was decided on March 14 to restore heating in all residential buildings.
Heating for schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and clinics was not suspended.
