On Saturday, the Day of the first Plast Oath will be held in Lviv — this is an annual Plast event dedicated to the founding of the largest youth organization in Ukraine, Plast. This year, Plast celebrates its 111th anniversary. And within the scope of the event, in one of the parks of the city, the Plastuns will plant a commemorative iron tree.
So on April 22, at 10:00 a.m., all Lviv plastuns, from the smallest two-year-old chicks to the oldest plastuns, will meet in the Park of Culture and Recreation in Lviv for a solemn ceremony to celebrate the Day of the first Plast Oath.
The program of the celebration includes the holding of solemn stratum ceremonials: tying scarves of birds and novices (admission to the stratum circle), taking of the stratum oath, awarding of awards for important stratum and socially useful activities, field competitions.
On the initiative of the Bohdan Khmelnytsky Park of Culture and Recreation management, during the event, the platoon will plant a commemorative iron tree. It will symbolize the strength of all the soldiers who keep their oath in the rear and at the front.
