Border guards continue to familiarize young people with the peculiarities of their profession, so on the eve of their professional holiday, Border Guard Day, they visited students of the Velykomostiv Lyceum.
The future graduates were told about the peculiarities of military service in the ranks of the State Border Guard Service and were introduced to military educational institutions where future border guards study.
The students were also told about the prestige of the Border Guard Service, the main tasks of the state border guards and the participation of border guards in repelling armed aggression.
The boys and girls were told about the technical capabilities and safety measures when handling weapons and had a practical lesson on disassembling and assembling training small arms. After that, the children had the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge and try to aim and practice with weapons under the supervision of the military.
The border guards gave the teenagers a practical lesson in tactical medicine, during which they demonstrated how to provide first aid.
The children were especially delighted with their four-legged partner Fisher, who demonstrated all his skills and obedience.
The meeting ended with a joint photo session and unforgettable impressions.
We hope that such events help the younger generation in choosing their future profession and foster a sense of patriotism and love for their country.
