The other day, our patrol officers received a call from a concerned passer-by who reported that he found a man in a helpless state in the village of Bryukhovychi.
On the spot, inspectors Serhiy Zheliba and Nazarii Voytyna examined the man and found signs of frostbite. So the police called medics, established the address and contacted the citizen’s wife. The doctors, having provided assistance to the man, let him go home.
