For the information of ATO/OOS participants who did not apply for one-time financial assistance in 2022
The program of the Chervonograd City Council for the social support of ATO/ATO participants and injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity for 2022 provides for the provision of one-time monetary assistance to ATO participants (ATO), ATO volunteer fighters, injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity, in the amount of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons as of January 1 budget year (2481 hryvnias).
The application in the name of the mayor is submitted to the general department of the executive committee of the Chervonograd City Council (80103, Chervonograd, Shevchenko Ave., 19). The following documents are attached to the application:

🔹 a copy of the identification number;
🔹 a copy of the document on participation in the anti-terrorist operation/military operation (certificate, military ID, etc.);
🔹 a copy of the ENT issued certificate (for ATO volunteer fighters);
🔹 a copy of the IDP certificate;
🔹bank account.
