On August 1 at 3:18 p.m., the Rescue Service “101” received a report about a fire in the village of Mykolaiv, Chervonograd district, in a wooden farm building, 15×6 m in size.
The rescuers of the 51st state fire and rescue station of the villages were sent to the scene of the incident. Lopatyn, as well as the local fire brigade of the village. Smorzhiv and “Zachidony Bug” PE.
At the time of the arrival of the fire and rescue units, the roof of the building was engulfed in fire. Firefighters immediately began work to extinguish the fire. A private enterprise came to the aid of the rescuers with the delivery of water. 16 tons of water was transported by a tractor with a barrel by the private enterprise Zahidniy Bug. Due to the continuous supply of water, the rescuers managed to eliminate the ignition and prevent the fire from spreading to the neighboring house.
At 16:16 the fire was localized and at 16:52 it was eliminated. The fire destroyed the roof on the area of 90 square meters, the ceiling on the area of 90 square meters, and 0.5 tons of hay.
Saved: a farm building and a residential building. 6 personnel and 3 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. No one was injured as a result of the fire.
