A morning road traffic accident that occurred in the Lviv region at the end of last week led to serious consequences for two drivers. A collision occurred in the village of Pasiky-Zubrytsky on February 5 at 8 AM between Peugeot 206 and Chevrolet Cruze, driven by a 48-year-old resident of Ivano-Frankivsk and a 53-year-old resident of Lviv region, respectively.
At the scene, it was found that as a result of the collision both drivers sustained injuries and were urgently hospitalized. The police of Lviv region, in particular the Investigative Division No. 3 of the District Police Department No. 2, has started an investigation of this case under Article 286 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which involves imprisonment for up to three years and a ban on driving vehicles for a similar period.
The incident is under close surveillance by law enforcement, who continue to establish all circumstances and details of the accident.
