Firefighters Quickly Extinguished Fire in the Village of Petrychi
On February 28 at 22:27, the Rescue Service ‘101’ received a report about a fire in the village of Petrychi in Zolochiv District. The fire occurred in a clay residential building covered with slate, with dimensions of 5×10 m.
Firefighters’ Rapid Response
Professional firefighters from the city of Busk, the town of Olesko, and the local fire team from the village of Bortkiv were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, the firefighters found the roof of the residential building on fire.
By 23:32, firefighters localized the fire and extinguished it by 23:39.
- 6 rescuers and 2 units of special equipment from the State Emergency Service were involved in the extinguishing process.
- Additionally, 2 workers and 1 unit of special equipment from the local fire team were involved.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
