Students of Lviv universities are encouraged to submit documents for the production of LeoKart transport cards. This can be done in two convenient ways – centrally through educational institutions, by contacting the trade union organization of higher education institutions, or at six points where the administrators of LKP “Lvivavtodor” work.
“Very soon, cashless fare payment will work in all public transport in Lviv. Then student tickets, which give the right to discounted travel, cannot be used as an alternative to the LeoKart student transport card. Therefore, we urge students to submit documents for the production of LeoCards as soon as possible”, – stressed LKP “Lvivavtodor”.
To submit documents for the production of a LeoKart student transport card through the points where the administrators of the “Lvivavtodor” LKP work:

In order to submit documents for the production of LeoCards centrally through educational institutions, it is necessary to contact the student union of the educational institution and submit the documents centrally.
The necessary list of documents for issuing a student LeoCard:
A completed application for obtaining a transport card and consent to the processing of personal data (the application is submitted during a visit to the document reception point and is filled out at the reception with the administrator);
Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card with application);
Student card (full-time study) or certificate from the place of study;
The original registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP).
A 3×4 photo will be taken on the spot when submitting documents
A receipt for payment of the cost of the transport card (60 UAH) must also be added to the documents, instructions on how to pay the cost of the LeoKart transport card are available on the website.
