“Workshop of good deeds”: 48 thousand hryvnias were collected at the pre-school fair in Drohobych, which was used to buy medicine for the Armed Forces

Thanks to the creativity and creativity of the children of 20 preschool institutions of the Drohobych community, who united and organized the joint charity fair “Workshop of Good Deeds” at the end of September, it was possible to accumulate more than 48,000 hryvnias.

The collected funds were directed to the purchase of necessary medical equipment and medicines for the Armed Forces.

Kindergarten teams participated in the fair in different ways. Someone announced a fundraiser in the community of parents and educators, someone organized an interesting eco-project. Someone baked, prepared various goodies, which were sold at the fair. Workshops were also organized for children on making rosaries in embroidered bags and making amulets for warriors. Many creative children created pictures and landscapes with wishes for the brave defenders. All the patriotic things made by children will be collected and sent to the front lines.

As for the funds accumulated from the sale of goodies and patriotic products at the fair, they were directed to the purchase of medical drugs for the Armed Forces, said Ivanna Ivanishcheva, consultant of the Center for the Development of the DMR. We bought medicines, means for the prevention of seasonal ailments, means for diagnosing the wounded, as well as medical devices: an electrocardiograph, an otoscopic set and 7 mechanical tonometers. With the necessary medical drugs and equipment, the soldiers will feel safer and feel cared for by Ukrainian children from cities in the rear.
