In Dublyany, a Heroes’ Memorial space commemorating the Heroes of the Russo-Ukrainian war and the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred is planned between Volodymyr Velykyi Street and Zelena Street. The start of preparatory works was announced at a meeting of the executive committee of Lviv City Council.
As the head of the Office for Agglomeration and Community Development, Nataliia Alieksieieva, noted, the city is beginning to prepare materials for announcing a national open architectural competition for the best design proposal for the development of this area. The process is expected to involve the families of fallen soldiers and the families of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, with whom initial discussions have already taken place.

In accordance with the decision of the executive committee, the Department of Architecture and Spatial Development, together with the Office for Agglomeration and Community Development, must gather the materials needed to prepare the programme for the national open architectural competition and draw up a draft technical brief for it.
