In Lviv, the municipal art center presents a unique artefact of war in resin

Get a military artefact of Ukrainian art for a donation to the Armed Forces. The Lviv Municipal Art Center and War Artifacts Museum are holding a raffle of war artefacts frozen in resin to raise funds for ammunition for the soldiers of the 24th Brigade.

The exhibition “Artifacts of invincibility in resin: exhibition of the Museum of war fragments in Lviv” is ongoing in the art center. The exhibition consists of 12 cubes-artifacts of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

One of them is the pencil with which the artist Serhiy Maidukov drew a sketch of his famous illustrations from the trenches of Bakhmut. His work has been published by The New Yorker and a number of international media outlets. And this symbol of the power of art can be won for a donation. All conditions are available on the municipal center’s Instagram page.

“This is one more of a thousand reasons to visit the exhibition today and on any of the other days until September 8. And those to whom fortune will not be so kind at the draw, can always purchase any of the cubes on the website of the Artifacts of War Museum. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the cubes are transferred to the rehabilitation of children, soldiers and assistance to their families,” says Liana Mytsko, director of the Lviv Municipal Art Center.

The exhibition can be visited until September 8 every day, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Lviv Municipal Art Center at the address of st. Stefanyka 11. The code on the gate is 27.
