In Lviv, on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military personnel read fairy tales in schools and kindergartens

In educational institutions of the Lviv community, the campaign “Lviv reads a fairy tale” was held for the second time: on the occasion of St. Nicholas Day, all Lviv schools and kindergartens held a mass campaign to read Christmas tales.

Since this year St. Nicholas Day coincided with the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the first time, Ukrainian defenders read the most fairy tales.

This year, in addition to teachers and soldiers, doctors, energy workers, police officers and many other adults who wanted to give children a little faith in miracles joined in reading fairy tales to schoolchildren.

The campaign “Lviv reads a fairy tale” is an initiative of the city’s Department of Education, which united all children around Christmas readings.
