14 members of the United Kingdom Parliament, along with representatives of the House of Lords, visited Lviv. The delegation met with the city mayor, Andriy Sadovyi, where the parties discussed cooperation with the UK and the development of the city.
The mayor spoke about the UNBROKEN ecosystem, which provides a full range of modern medical care from surgeries to rehabilitation. The UNBROKEN Cities network for supporting rehabilitation in Ukraine was also presented. The guests learned about the pre-war cultural life of Lviv, including large jazz festivals, and were invited to return.
British politicians confirmed an increase in military support for Ukraine and left a note in the Book of Honorary Guests. This week, lead surgeon of the UNBROKEN center, Hnat Herych, had a video conference with King Charles III, discussing collaboration between Ukrainian and British medics.
