How to order such a service

Register your mobile number in the “Lvivoblenergo” chatbot in Viber or Telegram: https://loe.lviv.ua/ua/viber_telegram
Go to your “Personal account” (https://info.loe.lviv.ua/) in the “Services” section, click “Create” and select the “Information about power outage” service.
Download and fill out the questionnaire according to the sample. Click “Next”.
Choose the desired meter from the list and write the contact phone number. Click “Finish registration”. Your application will receive a registration number.
Re-open the appeal (by clicking on its number or the “i” icon next to it) and attach a scanned copy or photo of the application form you filled out.
