During the inspection of enterprises, 9 resolutions were drawn up for violations of motor vehicle legislation.
The day before, employees of the transport department of the road management department, together with employees of the road safety department of the patrol police department in Lviv region, checked compliance with the requirements of motor vehicle legislation during the release of buses onto the line.
According to the results of the raid, 9 resolutions were drawn up for violation of motor vehicle legislation by the carrier “Auto-Line” LLC.
We note that drivers of motor transport companies are required to undergo a daily medical examination before leaving the company. The bus must be checked by the mechanic before leaving and make a corresponding entry in the logbook.
“In addition to complying with transport legislation, our employees emphasized to the Avto-Line LLP carrier the importance of ensuring the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the automated fare payment system,” says Orest Shulikovskyi, director of the road management department of the Lviv OVA.
The Department of Road Management calls on the residents of the region, in case of discovery of facts of violations by carriers of the schedule or traffic scheme, to contact the department to make management decisions and prevent such violations in the future.
