The mine administration intends, as an experiment, to involve 10 convicts who have undergone appropriate training to work in the mine for 1 month. They will work in the third shift and will not be in contact with mine workers. They will be transported to the workplace by motor vehicle.
On October 4, a meeting initiated by public activists was held in the Starostat, to which representatives of the mine administration were invited. As the head of Sosnivka Iryna Kharchuk reported, the residents of Sosnivka oppose such an experiment, therefore, based on the results of the meeting, a corresponding appeal is being prepared for the session of the Chervonograd City Council to consider this issue.
