The decision of the Lviv District Administrative Court satisfied the lawsuit of the head of the Chervonograd District Prosecutor’s Office, recognized the illegal inactivity of the shelter’s balance keeper and obliged to take measures to bring it into proper technical condition.
Prosecutors established that on the territory of Lvivvugilya State Enterprise, which is located in one of the cities of Chervonograd district, the state enterprise that is the balance-keeper of the protective structure, did not ensure that the anti-radiation shelter was ready for use.
We are talking about a shelter with a total area of about 200 square meters. m, which is intended for employees of this enterprise.
The court confirmed the validity of the prosecutor’s demands about the need for the balance keeper to bring the protective structure into readiness in order to ensure adequate protection of people’s lives and health.
