“Lvivgaz sales” LLC continues the procedure of refunding overpayments and funds erroneously paid by household customers for natural gas.

As of the beginning of May 2023, the company returned UAH 40.2 million to the accounts of more than 24,000 consumers. In general, managers considered and satisfied almost 80% of applications.
Currently, slightly more than 6,000 customers are waiting for the refund of the overpayment, the amount to be paid according to their statements is 2.91 million hryvnias. So the settlement process will be completed in the near future.
At the same time, “Lvivgaz Sales” emphasizes that household customers who, as of May 1, 2022, were in debt for consumed gas, must make a full settlement with the company. In case of non-payment of the debt, the supplier has the right to collect this debt in court.
