“Lvivgaz Sales” LLC will stop personal reception of household consumers in its branches from October 1

“Lvivgaz Sales” LLC is forced to make a decision to stop personal reception of domestic natural gas consumers in its branches from October 1.

We would like to remind you that from May 1, 2022, all household customers of the company were automatically transferred to the “last resort” supplier. All our attempts to resume work in the blue fuel supply sector for the needs of the population did not meet with understanding from the government institutions.

However, over the past five months, we have kept our offices and staff running smoothly to support our customers.

Starting from October 1, 2022, personal reception of household consumers will be carried out only in the central branch at the address: Lviv, str. Shevchenko, 111A, twice a week: on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (lunch break 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.).

At the same time, at all points of contact at public information stands, household consumers can obtain information about rights, current legislation and available methods for resolving disputes. In addition, we continue to support the operation of our online services and contact center.
