LKP “Lvivavtodor” persistently asks LeoCard owners to be careful and not to lose their transport cards. After all, only in March of this year, 468 duplicates of lost LeoCards were issued. The utility company explains that in order to reissue the card, you should go to one of the points of document acceptance/issuance of cards. You must have an identity document with you.
“There was a case when the LeoCard was lost as many as 5 times and the same number of cards had to be reprinted. In total, 468 duplicates of lost LeoCards were issued in March alone.
We urge you to be attentive and treat your transport card with care. After the introduction of cashless payment, a pension certificate or any other entitling to preferential travel will no longer be able to be used as an alternative to a LeoKart preferential transport card. And the lack of validation of the passage will lead to the imposition of a fine”, – emphasizes the LKP “Lvivavtodor”.
The utility company reminds you: you can reissue a lost LeoCard at the Passenger Service Center, or at any of the points for accepting documents and issuing discount cards. At the same time, the lost card is blocked.
You need to have an identity document with you, a photo – if a person wants to change it to a new LeoKart, as well as a receipt for payment of the cost of the card (as of now – UAH 60). In the Passenger Service Center, the cost of the new LeoKart can be paid on the spot through the EasyPay terminal.
If someone else’s LeoKart was found, it can be handed over to the controllers, brought to any of the points for accepting documents and issuing discount cards, or simply call the LeoKart “hotline”.
“If you find someone else’s card, you can give it to the controllers, or bring it to any of the points for receiving documents and issuing preferential LeoCards. We will contact the owner and return it if it is not already blocked. You can also call the LeoKart “hotline”: if the owner has not yet reported the loss and the card is not yet blocked, we will contact the owner and, with your consent, provide him with your contact phone number, so you you will be able to return the LeoKart”, Lvivavtodor LKP noted.
As a reminder, LKP “Lvivavtodor”, which is responsible for the implementation of LeoCards, has prepared detailed explanations for the residents of the Lviv community regarding the issues that most often arise when using preferential personalized cards.
