In total, 468 duplicates of lost LeoCards were issued through Lvivavtodor LKP points in March.
“We urge you to be attentive and treat your transport card with care! After the implementation of the cashless payment phase, a pension certificate or any other entitling to preferential travel will no longer be able to be used as an alternative to a LeoKart preferential transport card. And the lack of validation of the passage will entail the imposition of a fine!”, LKP “Lvivavtodor” emphasizes.
If you lost your LeoKart transport card:
• A lost LeoCard can be reissued at any of the points for accepting documents and issuing preferential LeoCards, while the old card is blocked. It is worth making an appointment in advance with the administrator of one of the five locations of the “Lvivavtodor” LKP (LKP “Gospodar”, Pasichna St., 49b; TsNAP at Ch. Kalyny St., 72A; TsNAP at Vyhovsky St., 32; TSNAP at 14 Khvylovogo; Shevchenkivska RA, 11 Lypinsky St.), by calling the Leokart e-ticket hotline number 0 800 303 007. To reissue the card at the Passenger Service Center on St. Gorbachevsky, 10, prior registration is not required.
• You need to have an identity document with you, a photo – if the person wants to change it to a new LeoKart, as well as a receipt for payment of the cost of the card (as of now, this amount is UAH 60). In the Passenger Service Center, the cost of the new LeoKart can be paid on the spot through the EasyPay terminal.
If you found someone else’s LeoKart transport card:
• You can give the found LeoCard to the controllers of the “Lvivavtodor” LKP or bring it to any of the points for receiving documents and issuing preferential LeoCards. The business will contact the owner and return the card if it is not yet blocked.
• You can also call the LeoCard hotline, if the owner has not yet reported the loss and the card is not blocked at the moment, LKP “Lvivavtodor” will contact the card owner, with your consent, will provide him with your contact phone number – and you yourself will be able to return LeoCard.
