As part of preparations for the winter, the energy companies of Ukraine formed schedules of shutdowns, as energy workers do every year in case of emergency situations.
Important: as of today, there are NO orders from NEC “Ukrenergo” on the implementation of schedules and shutdowns.
At the same time, each of our clients has the opportunity to find out their group of hourly (GPV), as well as emergency (HAV) and special emergency shutdowns (SHAV) in order to be informed in case of unforeseen situations.

🧑💻 On the website https://loe.lviv.ua/ in the “Why is there no light” section. Here you should click on the button “Find out your disconnection group”, fill in all the data of the form, indicating the town and full address.
🟣 With the help of the “Lvivoblenergo” chatbot for residential customers in Viber https://www.viber.com/loebot or Telegram https://t.me/loeserviceBot. Choose the personal account you need, click on the “More services” button, and then click on “Group of disconnections”.
🔵 Using the “Lvivoblenergo Business” chatbot for legal clients in Viber www.viber.com/loebiznesbot or Telegram https://t.me/loebiznesbot. Here, select the accounting point and click on the “Outage group” button.
