The Federation of Employers of Ukraine continued to get acquainted with new interesting enterprises
The Ukrainian Steel Products Factory LLC has been producing metal structures for the agricultural sector, utilities, construction, road repair and lighting, and industrial construction since 2008.
This enterprise is one of the companies whose applications for the laser system were approved by the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Programme. They are currently awaiting delivery of the equipment. They say they were pleasantly surprised to receive such support for their business development.
These machines are manufactured by FEU member Aramis, one of the largest manufacturers of laser metal cutting machines in Eastern Europe.
We also spoke in more detail about our other successful initiatives to support national producers – a programme to compensate farmers for part of the cost of purchasing domestic agricultural machinery, localisation in public procurement, and support for exhibition activities.
We also spoke about new initiatives, such as a school for welders.
We also saw the production facilities of the UFTU’s partners – the First Ukrainian Zinc Plant, which is engaged in hot-dip galvanising, cooperating with hundreds of Ukrainian and foreign companies, including many FEU members.
The companies have European quality products and the latest digital systems that allow them to control all production and logistics processes in real time from their mobile phones, and are actively building a partner network. They do not waste production waste, but sell it, including abroad.
