From October 31, an hourly electricity blackout schedule will be in effect in Lviv Oblast

Starting from Monday, October 31, in Ukraine and Lviv Oblast in particular, another type of restrictions is being implemented – an hourly electricity blackout schedule. You can familiarize yourself with the schedule on the “Lvivoblenergo” website in the “Why is there no light” section: https://poweroff.loe.lviv.ua/

In addition, about 40% of all consumers are involved in the schedule of emergency shutdowns, while 80% are involved in hourly shutdowns.

Note that such consumers as important objects of critical infrastructure and hospitals are not included in the shutdown schedules.

They can remain without light only in the case of a complete blackout in the area or as a result of targeted Russian attacks on the power grid that supplies these facilities.

Therefore, if your home receives electricity from the same power line as, for example, a hospital, there is a high probability that you will not fall into the blackout schedule. But you can check this directly by looking at the outage schedule.
