In Pustomyty, a minor was injured as a result of a car collision – the police are investigating the circumstances
The traffic accident occurred on March 13, around 4:00 p.m., on Hrushevsky Street in the city of Pustomyty, Lviv District.
As previously established by the law enforcement officers, the driver of the Renault Zoe car, a 25-year-old resident of Pustomyt, hit a pedestrian, a 16-year-old local resident.
As a result of the road accident, the minor girl received bodily injuries and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit.
According to the fact, investigators of police department No. 3 of Lviv district police department No. 2 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided for by the article is up to three years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to three years.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
