A 37-year-old resident of Yavoriv region helped to avoid paying the share contribution – the state registrar was notified of the suspicion

Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Pustomytov District Prosecutor’s Office, a 37-year-old resident of Yavoriv Oblast was notified of suspicion of abusing her powers as a state registrar and unauthorized change of information processed in automated systems (Part 3 of Article 365-2, Part 1 of Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) .

According to the investigation, in 2019, while in the position of state registrar, the suspect, in order to obtain an illegal benefit from a third party, entered inaccurate information into the State Register of Real Property Rights regarding the increase in the area of the building.

As a result, the property owner avoided concluding an agreement with the village council on share participation in the development of the village’s infrastructure, and, accordingly, paying a share contribution in the amount of almost UAH 300,000 to the local budget.

Investigative actions are ongoing, the issue of choosing a preventive measure and imposing an arrest on the property of the accused is being resolved.

The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings is ongoing, carried out by the investigators of the JI of the Police Department No. 3 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 2 of the Provincial Government of Ukraine in the Lviv region.

Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
