Last weekend was a real test for the rescuers of Lviv region – they fought 93 dead wood fires. The scale of this disaster is impressive: the fire destroyed more than 16 hectares of wildlife!
Each arson attack is not only the destruction of the ecosystem, but also a direct threat to the lives of people, animals and even homes.
Remember, setting fire to dry grass is punishable by law:
- for citizens – from UAH 3,060 to UAH 6,120;
- for officials – from UAH 15,300 to UAH 21,420.
The fire that ruthlessly destroys all life can only be stopped by joint efforts. Let’s be conscious citizens and protect nature for future generations, because every action we take has consequences. Do not add to the work of rescuers, respect your land and each other!
