Under the procedural supervision of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been launched.
According to the investigation, in the morning of April 11, the enemy attacked Lviv region with missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. The targets were energy infrastructure facilities in the region.
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian Armed Forces.
