BEB prevented the embezzlement of 86 million hryvnias: the auction of Lviv OVA was cancelled
Analysts of the Territorial Administration of the Bureau of Economic Security in the Lviv region discovered a tender for reconstruction of a sports facility. The purchase was announced by officials of one of the structural units of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
For more than 86 million UAH from the local budget, they planned to reconstruct a biathlon shooting range and a roller-skating track in the city of Novoyavorivsk.
The Terupravlinna analysts sent a letter to the regional military administration with a recommendation to review the expediency of bidding. The attention of the customer was drawn to the inadmissibility of inefficient use of funds from the local budget, especially in the conditions of martial law.
As a result, the customer canceled open tenders.
