On the evening of March 19, around 8:00 PM, a traffic accident occurred on the Mukachevo–Lviv highway near the village of Pasiky-Zubrytski in Lviv District.
According to preliminary reports, two vehicles collided:
🚗 BMW 535, driven by a 26-year-old resident of Ivano-Frankivsk region
🚐 Volkswagen Caddy, operated by a 65-year-old man from Lviv District
Accident Consequences:
🚑 Four people sustained injuries:
- Both drivers;
- A 15-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen Caddy (resident of Lviv District);
- A 30-year-old passenger of the BMW 535 (resident of Lviv).
All injured individuals were hospitalized with bodily injuries.
A criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety rules). The maximum penalty includes up to three years of restricted freedom with license suspension for up to three years.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
