The employees of the Security Intelligence Service have started an investigation of the incident in one of the military commissariats in the Lviv region
A video of two military men mocking a man and threatening him with a weapon appeared on one of the Telegram channels.
Previously, the event took place today, September 19, in the premises of the Sambir Territorial Center for procurement and social support.
Criminal proceedings have been opened on the fact of violation of statutory rules, mutual relations between military personnel with the use of weapons (Part 3 of Article 406 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
At the scene of the incident, the employees of the SBI are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
