According to the public indictment of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv sentenced a native of the city of Pokrovska, Donetsk Region, to 6 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property – for the illegal purchase and sale of narcotic drugs, committed by a group of persons based on a prior conspiracy (part 2 of Article 307 of Ukraine).
Prosecutors proved in court that a woman who recently lived in Lviv agreed to a drug dealer’s offer to sell drugs.
Through the “Telegram” messenger, he gave her the coordinates where the boxes with the packaged narcotic substance were hidden. Therefore, the convict made small “bookmarks” and submitted relevant photos and geographical coordinates to the Telegram bot, through which drugs were sold.
It is about a particularly dangerous narcotic drug, cannabis.
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the investigators of LRUP No. 1 of the GU of the NP in the Lviv region.
