Under the procedural leadership of the Frankiv District Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Lviv, a pre-trial investigation has been completed against two natives of the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, aged 19 and 22, on the facts of illegal acquisition, storage and sale of particularly dangerous psychotropic substances, committed by a group of persons and repeatedly, according to a previous conspiracy. (Part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code).
According to the investigation, using a mobile phone through one of the messengers, they ordered and received from unidentified persons a package with prepackaged rolls containing the dangerous psychotropic substance PVP, the circulation of which is prohibited.

19 packets of the specified psychotropic substance were seized from the perpetrators.
The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for the accused.
Persons may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 6 to 10 years with confiscation of property.
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the investigators of the VP No. 1 of the LRUP No. 2 of the State University of Ukraine in the Lviv region.
Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
