Under the procedural leadership of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the former head of one of the village councils of the Yavoriv district was informed of the suspicion. She is charged with abuse of official position and official forgery (parts 1, 2 of article 364, part 1 of article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, in November 2020, the suspect, as the head of the village council, illegally transferred three plots of land to the residents of Lviv Oblast as private property.
We are talking about agricultural land with a total area of almost 1 ha, located in the village of Ryasne-Ruske. Their total cost is almost UAH 3 million.
To do this, the woman signed and sealed the obviously false official documents – the decision to transfer land into the ownership of citizens.
However, the technical documentation regarding the assignment of cadastral numbers was created when the plots were already at the disposal of the Lviv OTG. Therefore, only the Lviv City Council is authorized to dispose of such objects.
Pretrial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Lviv region, based on the materials of the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region.
Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
