The resident of Lviv, who works as a sales manager at Armalitas LLC, simultaneously maintained an account on the OnlyFans platform, where she published more than 80 photos over two years.
This became known to Holos Sokalshchyny in a published court verdict.
The court sentenced her to three years in prison with an additional ban on holding positions related to IT technologies or engaging in activities related to the distribution of pornographic or intimate content on the Internet, also for a period of three years.
However, pursuant to Article 75 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the woman was released from serving the main sentence and placed on probation for one year.
In addition, the court ordered the confiscation of her iPhone 14 in favour of the state.
