Fraudsters call and write from unknown numbers, allegedly collecting funds for the military.
“While our soldiers are defending Ukraine in extremely difficult conditions, while the entire Ukrainian society and the international community are accumulating efforts for victory, there are also those who do business in the war,” said Andriy Godyk, the first deputy chief of Lviv OVA.
He said that fraudsters call and write from unknown numbers (one of which is +380630623472) and ask to transfer funds for the needs of the Armed Forces on his behalf.
Lviv OVA insistently asks not to engage in this kind of fraud.
“I emphasize once again that neither I nor the Lviv Regional Military Administration has conducted and is not conducting fundraising for any personal accounts!” Andriy Godyk emphasized.
