The Court has authorised the arrest of Medvedchuk.
On the 18th of March,the investigating judge granted application of investigator of State Bureau of Investigation(SIB) to elect the preventive measure according to part 6 article 193 of the Criminal procedural Code of Ukraine,that means in the absence of defendant in the case.
The investigators of SIB and prosecutors of Prosecutor General’s Office have recently taken measures for international search of Victor Medvedchuk.
We would like to inform, that Victor Medvedchuk being People’s deputy,the head of political party ,,Opposition platform-For life,, and Putin being a godfather of his daughter is suspected in state treason and supporting activity of terroristic organisations.
The location of defendant in this case is being identified.
