The Drohobych District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual execution of the court decision – 4 land plots owned by a foreigner were confiscated.
These are agricultural lands with a total area of 2 hectares. The latter are located on the territory of the Drohobych amalgamated territorial community.
It was established that the Russian citizen inherited the above land plots. After acquiring ownership of the land plots, the man leased them to a local enterprise and received payment for it.
Thanks to the persistent position of the prosecutor’s office and the measures taken, the land was returned to state ownership, and the relevant information was entered into the State Register of Real Property Rights.
